m Dinh Long was born in 1979, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration from Hue University, master’s degree in Development Economics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. Ass. Dr. Pham Dinh Long has more than 20 years of experience working in the field of higher education, completing many scientific research topics at the lower and ministeral levels; published 80 scientific articles, of which 15 in the prestigious international journal ISI/Scopus… He has held leadership positions and members of the Council of Professors at a number of universities in the country; visiting lecturer at Western Sydney University – Australia, Lublin University – Poland.
